Default Tranny question

Ok, so I am planning on getting my vert to around 350HP or so in the next couple years, but working on getting a tranny that is bullit proof at that power level. I have come to narrow it down to either a G-force T5 or a tko 500. For the price and knowing I am not going to 500HP in this stang (DD) what are your opinions on which one would be better with cost in mind somewhat. Places to purchase eitherwould be great as well.

Figured as much, thought the TKO 600 would be about 2500 total (and shouldn;t ever have to worry about it with only 350-400 HP), but have heard good and bad things about the G force and haven't had any luck while seaching for prices or retailers.

in all honesty a stock T-5 should hold that no problems all depends on how good of a driver you are... and if you miss a gear then your toast

I am not one for missing gears, but miss one about once a year or so. I was thinking of getting something rated at about 500 horses just because I have a feeling once I get to 350 I am going to want to go higher, and would be covered. But the questions I asked was for 350, so I understand the reasoning behind a build t5, which is what I am thinking about getting.

if i was me i would keep a stock t-5 since i have seen them hold 500 hp... and i only missed a gear once since i owned the car... personaly i'll be with the stocker till i start having a problem keeping it in one piece... then i'll get a viper spec. t56 but i plan on a "little" more power than your looking for... if you think u might want 500hp in the future i would go with a tko 500 or 600 ( don't know much about the tko was never a big fan of them)
