Default Where is the Sway Bar?

I was wondering where the sway bar is? is it the bars that connect the frome to the bottom of the engine. that convertibles have? or is it the bar that curves in front of the oil pan? or both?

on a convertible there are two curved bars that connect to the bottom of the k member to the frame.

The yellow arrow points to the sway bar you mentioned. bhe black arrows point to the curved bar. there is one more of the curved bars that goes twords the back of the car.

I think convertible cars are the only ones that have it. my friends hatch does not. convertible's also come with rivited on torque box reinforcements.

ford tried to mitigate the flex in the body of the verts now that the structure of the roof is missing...from what i hear...they still flex majorly

So for drag racing they say to remove the sway bar. What are those bars? should i remove them?
