i'm wondering if anyone has had their rims dipped in chrome? i really really love chrome pony's, but i dont think anyone will trade me straight up, and the wheels i have are in perfect shape, so why not just dip these. i think i know somewhere local to me to do it, just kinda wanna see some pics of it.

It would probably cost the same as buying some new ones, but it would look good.

Probably would be costly, im gald mine are aluminum ponies, previous owner told me they came on the "car of the year" stang, which he said was canary yellow and had aliminum ponies instead of sliver or chrome. Anybody ever hear anything about that be4? just wondering sounded kinda fishy, but i like 'em, gonna buff them up this spring sometime

Pretty sure all the ponys are aluminum, just some are chromed or painted. I know mine weren't bare aluminum.
