I have been working on swaping my lx to a 5 speed and im done! and i could not ask for more , well worth it !never knew how much that aod slug held me back, but what kind of hp to the wheel chang am i looking at going from aod to t5???

hey smbikes, not trying to hijack the thread but what all did you need for the swap? i am doing it as well and trying to piece together the parts. if you could pm me or just post here some details and such on how it went and about how much it cost etc. i would greatly apprechiate it man! thanks,

did you just put in a reg t-5 and was it new or used? was there a donor car for anything? sorry for all the questions but my trans is out right now and im saving for the swap myself. do you kno about how much the swap was?
