Default Need help with rear defrost

my rear defrost is not hooked up on my 87 GT hatch, one of the wires on the drivers side is plugged in but the one on the passenger side is missing. does any one know where that wire is supposed to go, cause if it is just a ground wire i could just ground it anywhere.

It sucks so bad to not be able to see what the hell is so far behind you after you pass it.

I wish I had rear defrost, as it has been raining ice here all weekend!
I guess I could put the top down & then I would be able to see behind me.

LOL!! omfg... Its not that type of switch. Press the switch once defrosters come on and press it again defrosters turn off.

As for your wiring issue, the wire hanginging off the pass. side of the window connects to a wire that goes underneath the plastic cover on the bottom side of the hatch. The wire then meets with what i believ to be the brake light wiring and then goes into the actual metal structure that is the hatch. It the exits the hatch from a hole at the top driver's side corner of the hatch. From their it makes a quick shot down into the roof area of the car. It then goes downthe driver's side of the car behind a plastic panel that starts around the headliner. I know thats rough and kinda poorly explanied hopefully you understand what i'm talking about and in the mean time i'll to go grab some photos.
