I just base-lined my stock 95 GT, and ran a disappointing best of 16.8. It feels like im losing power top end, like past 4k rpm. Im guessing this isnt normal. My dad took it out once and ran a worse 17.2, but agreed with me. He says its probably losing fuel pressure. We're gonna check it this week. Anyone have any opinions? Could it be the stock fuel pump?

Your launching and trap speed is what killed your times. Your launching (60' time) will get better with time - an "average" driver should be able to pull around a 2.2 60' on street tires, but even if you got that you'd still be in the 16's. You trap speed is slower than a damn Geo Metro (well almost). You definately have something wrong with your car, a full tune-up should be in order, as well as a good look-over for vacuum leaks, compression, timing, etc.

Looks like your down at least 30-40 hp.
