Ya well I hear that they take the temps of the cats when they do the emission testing. Which i think really sucks since i have an offroad pipe. But my baby is in the garage now waiting till i have the money to get the engine rebuilt or get a used one.

mdvaldosta, not trying to make it sound "hard", just recovering from taking six hours to do what I had planned to do in two. Far too many people around that don't know what they are getting into because they don't know which end of a wrench to hold. That quickly leads to BMF hammers applied to exhust systems, driveshafts, etc.
(Yes, I came across one of those skilled people banging away on his car's driveshaft because he figured it had to be bent before it could be removed.)

hey guys thanks for all your input, i finally found a small privately owned garage that did it for me today. Took over an hour and they charged me $100 bucks but i guess it was worth it. It sounds pretty mean with the flows, i want to get a magnaflow catback to finish it off. I love the smell of gas at the lights
