Default control arms?

hey guys im about to get some upper n lower rear control arms, but i heard they dont make torque box reinforcers for verts. for a mostly stock car, do you need the torque box reinforcment, or is it just for extremly mod'd cars? and how does shocks struts upper n lower control arms and some subframe connectors sound for now, will any of this help at the track, any tenths comin off ?

Any suspension mods are always a good idea, but if you continue with those hard launch's, your going to need those reinforment plates. You can always build your own
