Default springs..???

looking for a set of springs...wuts the difference between progressive and specific rate springs....wuts the pros and cons..im looking for a good performing streetable spring ...

been lookin at some ford racing springs and ive also heard that 4 banger springs work just as good ...and im looking to lower it just a little bit

many performance springs are progressive rate which means the more they compress they stiffer they get. Linear rate springs, like stock, are the same stiffness thruout their range.

How much of a drop are you looking to go? 1" ? if so look into FRPP's springs, pretty reasonable priced and have a 3/4" drop. check out mustangsuspension.com for a lot of options.

H&R sports or supersports are the way to go. Run some poly spring isolators w/ them if you don't want so much of a drop.
