Default Any estimate of 1/4 ET?

I have a stock 88GT 5spd with 3.08 rear end, 70mm BBK Throttle Body, and K&N intake. I want to convert to 3.73 or 4.10 gears for now, because I only have to drive 2 miles to work. Can anybody tell me what I should be running in the 1/4? And with the new gears?

I would go with 3.73s on a 5 spd. Right now you are probably a high 14, and with the gears you will probably be a mid to low 14 depending on the driver.

some of my cars i drove bone stock and then w/ gears went like this.........

'90 GT aod stock 3.27 gears went 14.60's , w/ 3.73 it went 14.40's
'89 notch 5-speed went 14.40's w/ 2.73's and 13.20's w/ 4.10 (but i also dumped the smog and ac, and added long tubes)
'88 notch 5-speed 2.73 went 14.27's on street tires

so my guess for you .... adding a tenth or 2 for thre weight

14.40 stock 13.40-13.60 w/ the gears

who knows maybe u will be faster maybe slower. its hard to tell how strong ur motor is? and how good of a drive you are? dimebag gotta 14.7 stock. i gotta 14.7 with a stock convertible with only a home made caimy first time ever at the track. everything else was factory stock as in factory exhaust, 2.73 gears, regular pressure street tires, no timing bump or anything, and all this in a vert........so u never know until u get out on the track

I'm a pretty good driver... I just haven't learned her yet... I've only had her for a couple of days. If I can pull a 10.917 @ 125.5in an RX-7 with a 1.90 60' time, I'm sure I can do a hell of a lot better in a Mustang!
