Default RE: 2 Questions for New Build

I wasnt looking for all that I was just looking for the most HP and best performance on the street with a stock 302 so I pick the best 302 and "do it right" and see what performance I can get out of it. Im hoping for about 275 rwhp/300+ fwhpwhich I think is doable with this combo and get good gas mileage since its my DD. I only get 16 mpg I think I can get 20+ mpg with this combo and have almost the same hp too. The engine I have now wasnt build that good. The one Im doing will be done RIGHT witht he best and right parts

^^ That was a mistake

Also, why would you want to keep it a 302? You dont get any real performance gains by boring it to a 306.
