OB, we get it for $50 because Pete is trying to get his name out. He's not doing it for the money....yet.
Give him a couple years, and I'll think you'll see his prices come up.
Pete's a nice guy, and seems to be pretty smart, but he has to pay for the dyno somehow. So right now he's just trying to get his name out.

I think that's a bit tooooooooo far away for me to save $50.00. i'd damn sure use more than that in gas to get there.

And they're lucky that the guy is trying to build up his business and give them a lower than normal rate just so they will spread the word around and bring in more business. They will be paying more in the near future, especially if this guy Pete doesn't have any competition nearby to put pressure on his prices. That's why AED can charge what they do and by with it, they're the only game in town as far as I know, so they can charge whatever price they can get by with. I don't think what they charge is that high myself, not for the investment they made in the dyno and building to house it and they got to get their money back like every other business. I just wish they had a better location with more room to get in there and park, but that's life I guess. I just hate the thought of trying to back up my trailer into that narrow driveway to keep from having to drive my race car across the very busy 4 lane road if I park across the street at the flea market lot! LOL
