HEADLIGHT PROBLEM

i have a 91 lx and when i turn on my headlights no matter what position i have the switch in the highbeam
indicator stays on. also when the turn signal(left or right)is on the inside bulb blinks(center bulb). this problem started when water got inside of my light assembly. any info would help thanks.
