I think the best thing to do would be list all the things you DID install... so we know what you did wrong

im assuming you do have the correct fuel pressure regulator on there right and that its good,and if you changed fuel lines from tank to filter and they are nylon you did make sure they didnt kink anywhere during tank reinstall.
