Ok get this the insurance company is stating that he never recieved a ticket and they are dening my claim.He gave the insurance company some bulshat story and said that he didn't pull out in front ofme that I spead up to get into an accident. I cant afford to fix my car or even get a rental car, I have no idea what to do my parents said Monday I need to get the accident report, a lawer and sue th a$$ off of his insurance company untill I get what I want for it. I have decied that I will not settle for anything less then $5000 for damages because I had the best body shop come by to look it over and they wanted $6500. Their total list of parts/problems (1)Passanger and driver fender and componets (2)Front bumper and componets (3)Radiator supportand componets (4)Inner fender passanger side (5)Steal cowl work (6)K mender is bent (7)Passenger side steering componets (8)Driverside rim (9)Hood (10)Paint.

Also I woke up this morning with a bruse on my leg and my neck hurts.Ihad to take 2 laratabs to work today.

I am hoping to settle for around 13g's in all not inclueding the lawer fees.

But please anyone give me your idea of what I should do IYO.

ok I need a front clip soon, I need the entire front clip entire. every thing stated above please. and 91 fenders would be nice since they are wider.

i would buy the aftermarket hood and bumper that you have probly want if you dont have already.

probly buy some new clear corner headlights and shave the antenna from the fender.

On the accident report it should say who is at fault for the accident. It doesnt matter if he got a ticket for it or not if he is at fault they must pay.

Get the money, keep the car, buy aftermarket parts and have them put on somewhere.
