yank 'em again in 3rd if you watch closely.... my homemade front suspension limiters were starting to stretch out... the car goes on the bumper without them. Tighten them up and the car leaves like the first vid....

That guy in the first post (the repost) probably was using a crash box. You can modify a manual trans so you dont have to push in the clutch to shift. You just reach and pull. However its a pain in the *** to drive on the street. I think you have to cut some teeth out of the syncro or something, my teacher was telling me about it in class yesterday.
