Default need help NOW...alternator pulley

whats up im just puttin underdrive pulleys on and i cant get the alternator pulley off cuz i cant stop the spin..any tips asap please wanna get this done and go drink lol thanks....

very carfully put a screwdriver inbetween the blade and the alternator should hold it just enough to get it loose do the same to put it back on.

I found it easier to loosen the tension on it before removing the belt. Probably too late for that now, unless you wanna go through the trouble of putting it back on. Can also use the screwdriver method mentioned above, but be very careful with it...don' want to damage anything.
