Youv got a shot. I think theyv got the same engines as the IROC had, which is a 240hp 320ft lbs L98. He'll probly win, cuz he's got more hp, more torque, and less weight, but its not too far off. If your a better driver then you could get him.

90 vette is lt1 standard with 275hp, 325ft-lbs torque i think

alot of vettes are auto's and they are quick.. dont underestimate an auto vette

I got a question... how fast were the 81 vettes? The day i brought my car to my painter i ran into one at a stop light and kinda had a lil race through first and second and i had him by a half of car at the end of second. was it a fluke? bad driver? or were the 81's that slow?
