infinity is a really good company, but match the amp right because they rate their subs very accuratley

i have a 12" infinity kappa perfect with a 400 watt audiobahn amp and its kickass, great sound quality and no interior rattles

My brother bought a system for his 88 grand marquis, a 2 channel 240 watt amp, and two 12" Pheniox Gold rated at 500 i think, spent like 480 sounds great even in a big car, bumps louder then systme ive seen pushin 1000 watts, also face the box to the rear of the car, not hte front

i am a very big fan of JL Audio products.

There 500/1 is one of the best amps for the money. It is solid and sounds great.
Many subs are cheap and loud but dont hit alot of highs and lows. JL makes a great sounding speaker.

buy those and a JL 500/1 amp from an ebay store or somewhere and it will sounds great. Great clarity, loud, and it will hit many frequencies.

2 infinity Perfect 10's are $150 shipped from crutchfield right now. Then $50 to build your own box(Little high on the estimate), and a cheaper amp for $100 off E-bay(Profile 2x250 at 4 ohms) and you will be all set. That is what I am going to be running in a couple days once this weather gets better (Sleeting outside right now) and I get to build the box.
