Does anyone have a link to a site with a breakdown of how to patch small holes in the floor of a 5.0? I've got 2 holes no more than a 1/2 inch in diameter that need to be repaired, thanks alot

A mig welder would work nicely on small holes like that.

awesome i've got access to a mig, how do i go about removing the carpet to get at the floor?

Start with removing the seats, and just keep going till the holes are exposed and then go a little further. Migs tend to throw a few sparks. you might have a buddy with a fire extingisher handy, maybe even a few damp towels to toss around the welding area.
