i just rebuilt my engine with a m5-x 302 block, new crank,rods,1990 pistons w/20,000 on then, canton7qt oil pan, boddix st 5.0 heads, cop cams 1.6 steel roller rockers, hardened pushrods, cobra intake, c+l 76 mm mass air sensor, 24 lb injectors, mac 70mm throttl body, 190 in tank fuel pump, alluminum drive shaft, and subframe connectors,and a 1 inch heat spacer for the intake to clear my tall valve covers. the car rana 14.00 on al weather tires with pullys, flowmaster american thunder cat bacl 2.5 tailpipes, bbk off road h-pipe, bbk short headers, 3.55 gears, tremec t5 ford racing heavy duty clutch, ford racing flywheel, pro 5.0 shifter and a ported lower intake. i ran a 14.00 at 101.2 miles per hour. does any one know what i will run o nitto extreme 555 drag radials? and how much rwhp do you think i will have?

you'll probably just want to call around and find a place that dynos cars and get it done there, unless someone can find the hp gains from all that...

Finding the HP for each mod is really is not all that accurate. If it is not tuned properly you will not make those advertised gains. best bet is to just take it to a dyno for some test and tune.

Not only that but they advertise the peak gain from their part - one part could net you 12hp @ 5500rpm while another could gain 15 at 2800rpm. You can't add the advertised gains to get a new total peak HP figure for your motor. You have to throw it on a dyno to see how each part adds to the overall picture.

Only a 14.0 with all of that and 3.55s? Your timing can be stopping you from making power. Try an MSD-6AL, MSD Blaster coil, Billet Distrubtor, any good plug performance wires, and a set of decent plugs then fart around with the timing, then put the $75 into a dyno and do your final tunes there in the shop. Most places will give you 3 pulls for $75. I bet you could run closer to mid/low 13s with some timing changes and those drag radials. I'd estimate maybe 250-275 rwhp? Dynos are so fun anyway why miss out on one.
