Default Rebuild engine or new one?

Well I have really given up on my old engine with 150k on it, and I was wondering if I should rebuild it or get this one right here. This one is going to run me $1000 OTD probably, but I know to rebuild it propertly I would love it to be bored out and such or atleast cleaned up which would probably run the same price.

I am open for suggestions if anyone has any, I am looking to finally convery my car to MAF, put 24 or 30lbs, put my twisted aluminums and my gt40 intake on to the motor and probably get an e303 cam for it.
