I personally have had no fitment or sealant issues at all withe the SSI . On my 347 it made 30 hp and after i ported bothe the upper and lower to the max it made 42 hp but with your application going withe an explorer manifold ported would be your best bet as it will outflow even a cobra ported intake. I have just put on an SSI-R on my 90 GT which gave me 10 hp over the ported base SSI

looks best,but in all the shoot outs the major hags have done,its like 4th,5th///edelbrock is best all around power,tfs,holley are next and third..

If you're just bolting on, the explorer intakes are definately best bang for the buck, but if you swap intakes, make sure you maximize your gains by doing the Mass air meter and the Throttle body too.

Sounds like you've got a stock H-Pipe, and as far as the Flows go, I have no idea what they are, but if they work okay, then I'd hang on to 'em.

hello ive got a 93 gt its got a manual tranny a built 306 with stock heads with new springs and **** to match cam f303 cam 73 mm mass air 70 mm throttle body equal length headers 2 1/2 flowmaster exsust adjustable fule pressure regulater under drive pullys a/c and smog pump elinated msd ignition and little odds and ends i just bought and out the bbk ssi intake on it and love it its a big power gain even makes exsust sound deeper its a very sharp looking intake everything put the lower intake gasket and fuel regulater inculded but you can use a stock regulater with it they include a bracket to attatch it to the fuel rail but it is a pretty tight fit but went to gether pretty eaisy id recomend it and on the post with them saying it leaked full and water sounds like they didnt prep the serface right i dont have the first leak if ya need any other info let me know jay
