Need Help....32valve in a 93 fox??
 
Hey all,

New here, hope I'm posting in the right forum.....
So heres the deal.....I just bought a totaled 99 Cobra for the drive train and I wanna put it into my 93 GT! I have seen that MM has a K-member for this swap. Has anyone done it? Any other means to get it done? How big a PITA was it?

dang i have my own website lol. haha just kiddin. but i am currently doing the swap in a 1985 GT mustang with a buddy..so far its not looking too hard, the worst part is converting the wiring. we are using an 04 cobra motor, and a fox body tubular K member with 4.6 mounts from AJE racing.

ours we got a good deal on, the guy pulled out out and put a built 4.6 in his car and just had it sitting for a while, and hes good friends with my cousin, and he let it go to my him with the 6 speed trans for real cheap, and i had the roller, so it only made sense for us to put two and two together for one hot ride :D

yea, how cheap? and wtf why would someone pull an 04 cobra engine? the car is worth more with it in stock form, was is still supercharged?

Most likely a wrecked 04 cobra. Can usually find these motors for sale anywhere from 7k to 14k depending on miles(out of wrecked cobras).

my friend u picked the wrong year cobra motor. the 99 had some problems with the heads and intake. def think u should have gone with another application, or just bought another motor
