rear disk brake conversion
Alright?
looking for some info on putting disks on the back of a 90 LX 5.0 i know they only handle about 20-30 % of the actualbraking force but they look good behind a set of alloys right? So what the hell. Danke |
RE: rear disk brake conversion
50resto.com has a few kits, but im sure someone will chime in with a do-it-urself way of getting them converted

RE: rear disk brake conversion
If youre staying with a 4 lug setup get the rear brakes from a Thunderbird Turbo Coupe.
If youre going with 5 lugs get the rear brakes from a '94+ Mustang. Both require changing the master cylinder and doing something with the proportioning valve. Search the forum for more info on these swaps. |
