Default making 400HP

i have a 95 gt auto. 306 i want to make about 400 at the fly.
please leave suggestions on a setup. i will love you forever!

should i go with TF's Street Heat kit
or
go with some heads like AFR 165 or 185?
what cam and intake manifold goes good with the AFR heads?

its driving me bonkers! i cant figure out what i want to do!

It will be pretty hard to hit 400FWHP with just an HCI and still have it streetable. Maybe if you were to go carb'd, but id stay FI. Try AFR 165's, A nice intake, possibly a box or track heat, and a custom cam. You could probably squeeze 400 out of it, if not jst throw some gas on it and call it done

306 with afr 165's , 75mm tb, 24 lb. injectors, f303 cam, longtubes, fuel rail, adjustable reg,and a 75 shot that sounds like 400 crank hp .

im staying naturally aspirated. would the x cam or the TF stage 1 cam work better?

you will have to check the piston to valve clearence with a x cam .542 lift with heads that have .190 or bigger intake valves require fly cut pistons.
