RE: typhoon intakes any good?
cool, sounds like the results have been good...how does this (ported)stack up against say, a ported GT-40? i'm looking for good power across the band, not just peak HP. i could care less about peak HP.

I hear these are great products, just require a little bit of cleanup... I happen to have a dremmel xr400 with a flex arm attachment for those "hard to reach areas"... What parts need cleaned up on them. And Lucky do you have any pics of your intake installed?

They tested it on a 5.0 with ported TFS heads, modified cam, and a ported cobra intake.
From swaping the cobra for the typhoon intake, and gasket matching he shed about .1s off his 1/4... Conciterable gain over a ported cobra thats for sure...
Just immagine the gain over my crappy stock 95 intake
