Default road race type suspension

Im building up that fox with a 351w and i want to do stuff like autocross and road racing, and try to stay away from drag while keeping it streetable. i have heard that a parallel 4 link is great for drag racing, and that these cars come with a triangulated 4 link... but what is best for my application? or is there some other type of suspension setup thats better for what i'm looking to do? Thanks guys
