because it wasn't any of our cars..we were I think to drunk to laugh hell I was on 16 and they made the hoods better then too

Well since someone beat me to the people's court statement........... I say you keep it cool. Your parents will likely be superpissed if you don't walk. Confront you pal and work something out, hopefully his parents front him the $ so you end up solid and he owes THEM the $........
