Default What is the problem!!

When i let off the gas it has like a little hit then when i push on the gas it goes away.It does that pretty much all the time...oh it's a 5spd........And plus i can't speed **** it..It's like it won't go into gear right a way it takes about a scound ....and is has a slight grind in 3rd......what to guys think the problems are......because when i take to the shop to get it fix b/s me around...Thanks

Man to be honest I'm lost at what you just said.

When you let of the gas the car jerks? Has trouble going into gear? What did the shop think the problem was?

Might be a clutch problem, might have worn tranny internals, might just need a fluid change.

while i'm driving when i let off the gas it has a hit not a jerk.........like it sound like it come from the rear

whens the best time to replace those? im thinkin about gettin gears and i know my ujoints are going..

yep that hit is a u-joint. that happened to me when i had my truck.. and eventually the drive shaft fell off while i was at a stop light and had to push it across the intersection into the wendy's parking lot.. lool turns out the bearings in them were all rusted

and ya ur tranny is prob getting old.. try flushing the flud first.
