you can get a ADJ FPR from the local parts stores and/or performance shop for like $60-$100 or order you one from summit, you will need one eventually anyway,, but that shouldnt be your problem if you ony have exhaust,,, i bet you need to change out your fuel filter, and change wires/cap/ and rotor for sure,, i bet that helps!

well i tell ya what, im on my way into town right now... to get a cap/rotor and wires, i was gonna wait for a paycheck or two and get msd ****, but for now ill go get stock replacements and see how they do, that way if that wasnt the problem its not alota money outa my pocket. as for the fuel filter, depending on how much $ the rest costs and what i have i may pick one of them up too.

fuel filter will be like $6, get a set of FRPP wires they are like $35 or $40 but some stockers will be like $20something, get an accel cap and rotor

they didnt have frpp in stock, so i just got what they had, duralast[:'(]. same deal w. the cap and rotor, nothing in stock sept duralast... so i just went w. that... ida rathered frpp and accell, or something like them atleast, but didnt have that choice. going to put them on in a few min, wanna let these headers cool off, not a big fan of burning myself.

yup, problem solved... pulls all the way to redline and doesnt miss or backfire even once. cap/rotor/wires did the trick

good deal, yeah that tends to happen when you have 17yr old plug wires and stuff on there,, glad to see that fixed it and it was cheap

actually thats the stupid thing. those wires were prob. about 4 months old... but the cap and rotor were prob original.
