Expert and experience needed on 91 5.0
I need advice on what parts I should install on my 91 GT since there are so many namebrands out there.
I want a new fuel pump, diff. gears, lower and upper air intake, throttle body, and MSD system and a valve upgrade for my transmission.
I want to know what I need to upgrade orwhat notto.
Its a street/strip car with:
Engine - 5.0 Stage II from Jasper Engines (its said to have 310 hp), 24 lbs Ford racing fuel injectors, adjustible fuel pressure regulator, cold air system with KnN filter, 75mm Air Meter, Underdrive pulley set, A/C and Smog Elimitator pulleys.
Transmission -Stock automatic
Exhaust -Stock headers, BBK H-pipewith highflow converters, flowmasters.
THANK YOU

RE: Expert and experience needed on 91 5.0
You will likely get a ton of responses of what is the best. Really, "best" is a subjective term so take my suggestions for what they are worth (opinion)
Trick flow makes a real good intake set.
I have 4.10 gears and love them. I highly recommend them unless its a daily driver
I run a walbro 255lph and its more than enough for my plans (mild build with a supercharger)
Throttle body diameter should at least be a 65mm
I have no good advice for valve bodies, I am a 5 speed guy.
