is it possible?
is it possible to bypass the egr some how, im working on my car right now, and b4 i had an exhaust leak and now i know where it was coming from, the metal pipe that goes from the egr valve to the passenger header is,was broke, can i just fill in the hole on the header and be done or is there another way to bypass the valve?

fill the hole in the header with a bolt. try your best to use a bolt that will be somewhat flush length-wise with the inside of the pipe. and get a block off plate for the intake hole.

what i did was get a piece of thin metal (i used an aluminum can) cut out a shape of the egr gasket from the thin metal and install it between the egr to intake, hook everything up and call it a day. I worked for me. No chk eng light,runs great! for me anyway
