Default 3.55 or 3.73's

I was pondering what gears to put in my car, I have a set of 3.55 and 3.73. It is a notchback with 331, gt 40 heads 10:1, Edelbrock rpm upper and lower, 24# injectors and a five speed, it was dynoed at 282 horsepower and 320 torque to the wheels. that was before I swapped out the factory fuel pump. I was wondering if I should use 3.55's to take advantage of the torque of the 331? or use the 373's for the high revs!

3.55s, perfect all around gear in my opinion

In the 1/4 its all a drivers race either way, if you're gonna be doing mostly street driving go w/ the 3.55s.
