Default NITROUS OR METHANOL

what is safer for an engine. it has heads from a 93 mustang and everything else is stock 92. its supercharged at 6 lbs of boost? i was wondering if it would be safe at all to run shot of like 50 dry nitrous or a methanol system. this is a daily driver but only 24 original miles. i want to keep it for a long time

both would be safe, as long as you used the nitrous correctly. However, methanol systems have actually caused hydrolocking if the system fails from an improper installation... Just set it up right and youll be fine. I however would really recommend a water to air intercooler, like the vortech aftercooler

really i thought the supercharger at that low of boost stayed pretty cool?..i rather go with nitrous....always wanted it. i dont like the idea that the methanol is always running

i dont like the idea that the methanol is always running
or the idea that it will run out... and youll have to refill

Thats why the aftercooler water to air IC is sooo cool... just drain some of the water out, and drop a bag of ice in it when your going out to race

how much do they usually run....do they take the place of ur old radiator completly or is there some stuff you need to add.....what exaclty happens....the air the supercharger pushes goes through the intercooler and is cooled off by the water before it hits the engine? sry im new with the supercharger...probably stupid questions i just want to make sure i dont screw things up and i have my story straight
