lots of ppl will tell u to get a custom edge torque converter, it will b made for YOUR car, but if u wanna go with a 3000 then a 3000 is a 3000 and a converter is a converter, there pretty much the same damn thing

RE: B&M torque converters
lmao a stall is a stall...plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz i had a 3000 stall in b&m was ok i thought..and then i bought a edge racing stall..night and day diff...b&m is a off the shelf stall meaning no matter what ya have they have a 3000 stall built in a somwhat universal way..////get what ya pay4////edgeracing takes ya weight of car,cam specs, comp, gears, tranny and make a true stall.. b&m is not a true stall its a flash stall..do it from a stop and it will not stall at what the converter is labeled//true stall is just that,,punch it from a stop and you will get what ya paid for...to say a converter is a converters ..is a unknowledged opinion, and a opinion made from what others say and not exp...

b&m makes ****ty converters and they are all off the shelf. just because it has a 3000 rating id be shocked if it stalled at 2500 on your car. your car is basically stock so expect that b&m converter to stall around 2200+ as you build hp the stall speed will go up but it will never hit 3000rpms.
when building an auto car, the converter is the lastplace you try to save money.
