Question aboot Steering Colum and dash
Ok so I have been putting together a 90 notch and the dash and steering wheel had cracks and scratches and stuff in them so I decided to change the dash with my 93 dash that I had from a old parts car as well as the air bag steering wheel. Well my steering wheel hits the plastic piece between the wheel and the dash and my key doesnt like to work. Now my question is should I just get a new Steering colum with wheel or is something not put in right? Thanks in advance!

sounds like something isnt put together correct , did you take the column out of the 93 complete with wheel ?i put a grant wheel on mine and took all the air bag stuff off. i then had a big gap between the wheel and column ,i used some foam from the hobby place and glued some carpet on it and sandwhiched it between the wheel and column
