Question
Been looking for a fox body shell to build my new toy out of. Found an 82 for 200 that is in great shape missing motor and tranny. I have those my question is will a 302 bolt directly in like the 87-93 fox body, or is there motor mounts that have to be changed. If anyone knows let me know thanks. I am pretty sure it will just needing to make sure. The 82 did have a 5.0 in it before this is the reason i am pretty sure they swap wasn't sure if mounts and blocks were all the same.

yea the 4 eye noses i dont like then when i looked at this 82 i noticed it was different and i liked this one. Otherwise i was looking for a 87-93

the 4 eyes dont appeal to many but they really start to grow on people i didnt like mine all to much when i first got it now i love it more than the aero nose on the 87-93

the 4 eyes kinda have grown on me because every time i leave to go to town i pass by my neighbours house and he has a 81 mustang with the cobra package, the 5.0 runs but all it needs is a battary and a little tuning. but its so nice the car is white with green racing stripes down the side and say cobra at the end....all leather interior, its pretty much mint.. but it has been sitting in his yard for like 10 years now and they have no plans of doing in thing to the car.....so i've been trying to get it off them since i was like 12 lol......but they still wont sell
