great thanks man, so then do you also agree that if this doesnt solve the problem, then the next step is to replace the "coil". If that is the case, can you also please link me to the coil, thanks a lot man you guys have all really been a big help, im replacing the module tomorrow, will letcha know if it helps.

it could be an air bubble in the cooling system, or the radiator could be plugged, or the thermostat might be sticking closed at idle
run it for 10 minutes without the rad cap on, top it up when it pukes out, it may help. and look in the rad too, if the fins inside it are crusted with stuff then your rad might be plugged, and there could be dirt stopping the air from going through the rad to cool it.
I seen radiators that had a inch of gunk blocking the entire front, and they wondered why they were overheating.
