What would be the best exhaust set up for my 90 5.0 coupe AOD? i.e best sound and performance, Im looking to keep everything smog legal though.

bbk shortys, x pipe(w. high flow cats), and slp loud mouths(god i wish my car had these, might ditch what i got for xmas for them)

I say spintechs. I have them and love them but they are loud and raspy.

really? i always thought glasspacks would sound good on a v8. i heard a 92 stock camaro with glass packs and it sounded so FREAKIN BEASTLY!

you need some headers, a x pipe, and slp loundmouth 1 FTW! i am going with the slp loudmouth 1 when i get mine driveable.

Glass packs sound good... throaty sound. I didn't care for the racking off they tend to do. Also the interior resonance is terrible at freeway speeds with my 410's. I have flowmaster super 40's. I like them alot better.

I think SLP loud mouth 1's or 2's. I went with 2's just cause i wanted a deep sound, that still is pretty loud. Befor i had Flowmaster 40 series, and the slp's sound so good

thats what i have, super 40s... interior sound is loud, but thats cuz there dumped.... but ima fan of them... still want slp lm1s tho, lol.
