I have not personally cracked a block but maybe one day I will

I have heard of people cracking stockers at 450rwhp and I have heard of people cracking them at 600rwhp.... its a matter of time. There is a local running almost 600rwhp on his stock 5.0 block with no problems. But the question is, how long will that last!!

If you want realibility... I would do it. Or just drop your standards a little bit. 400-450rwhp on the street is more than enough IMO but I guess it depends on what kind of area you live in, etc. thats just my personal opinion.

I agree...I could probably forget the Methanol and only put around 450 to the wheels....I have about 2 weeks to decide...Ford just told me that they are shipping the New Boss Blocks mid Feb....

hell, 350-400rwhp for the street is more then enough to beat 99% of the cars you come across.

It is that 1% I really worry about...

I dont want to have some clown in a Z06 or a Viper take me to school....I want to show them what some hard work and grease under your nails can build and show them why Foxes Rock....(believe it or not I am a mature 35 year old)

Dude, last time I went to the track there were two vipers and neither of them could get under mid 12's... I say a stang with 300rwhp could do that with some suspension work
