so if I have a custom cam made I would order the heads / rr's and hardned pushrods 1st them call ci to have his make a cam to work with all that?

Where can I get scorpion 1.6 rr's for $188?
Laurel Mountain Mustang

Stud Mount (available in 1.6 & 1.7 ratios)

Oh, and I would definitely go 185's for the 347....leaves room to grow. Check w/ AFR to see what pushrods they recommend, and you'll need to plan out your combo before you call to have a cam made b/c Jay at CI will make it for your specific mods/setup.

I found a set of 1.6 scorpion rr's $200 shipped to my door. If I get the upgraded springs on the afr 185's there $1535 shipped to my door. With these two items all I would need is pushrods and a cam and Im pretty much set right?

Camshaft Innovations can put the entire package together. DON'Thave him do the stroker kit though. He recommended a crappy one for me, which I had to sell on e-bay,but have himdo the cam/heads/rr/lifters/etc. He's the man for that.

Was it a Street Fighter GT kit?

c-f-m.com used to have AFR's for 1278 shipped, but that doesn't include the valve spring upgrade.

Do yourself a favor before you spend any money....go to jdsperformance.com, get the phone #, and callthem to see what he can do on the parts you need. Dave will probably answer the phone...I've bought several things from him and he has the best shipped prices I've been able to find on most things.

Are you buying pedestal or stud heads? I bought my AFRs from CFM for $1284 shipped + $60 for the spring upgrade on pedestal heads, but you have to wait like 4-6 weeks from the time you purchase them.
