Default can advice

hey trying to get my 87 vert on the road n got pointed towards a stage 1 trckflow... any good? dont want a super car jst enough to slap the 4cyls around n send them home. and if so wheres the best/cheapest place to get my hands on one? thx

doing a full rebuild with stock components, anyhtign i need to change while its apart or will it work as is... the heads are gonna go as soon as i can find an explorer gt40 set

i wouldn't put a cam in it. the stock cam will do fine. unless u just want the sound. but if u do get the LU51023 (lunati) its a mild cam with a lot of potiental

wouldnt be my first choice either im getting bolt ons, just wanted to do it while it was apart ideas are
Cold Air
75 mm MAF
70 mm TB
gt40 heads (milled to 9.5 cr port n polish oversized valves) n intake
long tube headers and off road hpipe
msd ignition
3.73 gears
and the cam...

sound any better? what am i looking at towards the wheels(guesses)?

that cam would be fine. would also get a fuel pressure regulator(makes it a lil easier to tune also). what kind of intake u getting?

prolly just gonna rip off the lower and upper off an explorer.... unless i can get a typhoon and a dremel tool lol not sure any advice? whats the price tag?
