Default should i do it?

well i have what i think is a good offer put infront of me. a friend of mine has a 91 gt fresh paint (hes a car painter so no cheap job) good interior new clutch and rebuilt trans. the motor has 120k on the bot end, rebuilt gt40 heads, e303 cam and cobra intake. he now needs a family car and i am thinking of trading him my 99 gmc z71 with 75k miles for it. my questin is do you think its worth it? my truck is worth about 10-15k also with the stock bot end will the engine hold up? i personaly think it will but i just want an openion from someone that knows more about fox mustangs than i do.
thanks

I think your truck is of more value. You can pick a mustang like that up for around 6k easy. Your truck is not high mileage so I would say you get get at least 10 k without trying. Unless he is throwing some cash your way you are crazy.

Not a good deal...I paid 5K for a low mileage southern rustfree90 GT that I got from my nephew so he could continue at college...he's a good kid so I over paid him probably 1500.00 (kind of a gift)
