its just an egr vacume line, but be sure to cap both ends.

That's what I was hoping it was. So the red one that goes to the intake and the green one that goes to teh EGR itself are both EGR related correct? If that's the case I will cap them all off, since the EGR is being deleted anyway.

LoL that's what I didn't wanna hear, especially from someone who has an SN95.

Right now I'm in the process of figuring out how I wanna block off the EGR port on the TB. I don't wanna spend a ton of money and buy one on eBay. I could make one myself but I really don't have the equipment to cut the metal.

I thought I read somewhere that people were using some other block off plate that seemed to be a perfect fit but I can't remembe what they were using. Thought it had something to do with a fuel plate but I could be thinking of something else.

It was a 351fuel pump block off plate. Probably cheaper and easier to try to make my own though.

Will it be able to withstand the heat / pressure? Seems like it would be a bit thin but if it works, that would kick ***!
