I just clicked on the brenspeed link and didn't see anything for 86's. It started with 87 Mustangs.
I know I'm going to need a trans, but would prefer to not buy a clutch twice. It looks like the Centerforce clutch could work for what I have now and if I go to a 10 spline TKO 500. Am I missing something?

you need to knwo what size flywheel you have in the car right now... its either 10" or 10.5"
and also... any 10 spline disc... will work on any 10 spline tranny

My favorite clutch was a SouthBend DXD... but I like my Spec Stage 2 just as much

about 240 on my probe with the first one that broke.. ~320 when the second one let go. Then i got a SouthBend DXD and didnt have any more problems.
now ive got a spec stage 2 in my stang and i run 275hp daily, and ~400 on the squeeze.. no problems thus far
