You guys with "hanging" rpms: Like pro said, it could be the IAC. But, before you take it off inspect your throttle cable. I have this issue with my car and the throttle cable is binding up (I removed and cleaned the entire TB before I found the problem). There's a guide around the cable that wears at an angle, and causes it to stick. If you disconnect it from the TB and move it with your hand you can feel the "stick" in it.

New one is about $100 at the dealer only...
