doesn't matter, they assume you'll buy from them or at least get it installed there... -1.3 doesn't sound problematic, most people go for -0.5 to -2.0 for optimal handling. unless there's any noticeable uneven wear on the tires?
.5 to -1.0 is allowable. Anything after that will begin to wear tires. -2.0 is def to far negative and WILL wear the insides of the tire. The -1.3 reading they gave you is def stretching the limit for normal wear. I would look into a fix of some sort.

I went w/ Maximum Motorsports CC plates. My caster was maxed out and I'll be dropping it at some point anyway, so I went ahead and got them....great quality.

i have the same problem, but my 93 gt is lowered 2 in (i dont recomend 2 in!) my tires are getting inside wear and the shop said that my springs were sagging and camber was maxed. the car has eaten through two sets of front tires and now im just going to get springs that drop less. hopfully that will stop the problem!!

They give you a lot more range of adjustment than stock CC plates. They will allow you to have correct caster/camber w/ drop springs as well. The offset rack bushings, sway bushings, and X2 balljoints are also a good idea. Anything to promote more accurate steering geometry will prolong the life of your parts.
