check for codes. sounds like a fuel filter problem though and that wont give a code.

Try power braking it. See if you can feel the miss. may be ignition related. How old are the tune up parts. Plug/wire/cap/secondary ignition partcould be breaking down.

Has new fuel filter(first thing I changed) Cap and rotor like 1500 miles, Checked codes and showing code 94 and 44. Dont know where to go next book I got sucks *** and shows inopertive left and right sideThermactor?? Have no clue what that is. I did run it on E for like 2 miles and shortly after is when problem occured so i changed fuel filter and poured in some seafoam. But seems like if it was fuel related the car would run like crap on high en of Rpms instead of lower. But not sure

Your always going to feel hesitation at WOT with a stock AOD.... just the norm for them.
