will front and rear 86 GT hatch seats fit in my 89 LX hatch?

nobody? im serious im gonna try and put the hatch off the 86 on my 89 too if it will work. does anybody know?

they should bolt on i'm assuming
even if they dont its not hard, i installed 05 ranger seats in a 98 ranger and all you have to do is replace the brackets if they dont line up

Should work just fine - good choice BTW. The 85/86 GT sport articulating seats are my favorite

they are in the 84 too well at least my 84 1/2 gt350 i love these seats i gotta get mine reapolstered though they are starting to wear through and all the padding has been pushed back to the point where you can feel the metal kinda sucks on long drives

i didnt see that part that will not work i tryed putting the 89 hatch into my 84 and nothing lined up why do you want to put the plastics in anyway?

im putting 86 gt seats in mine too, they fit just fine i just have to get them reapostered now

86 seats are just a different style with head rest specific to pre 87 cars.
